Roberts PTO
Upon entering the Roberts Elementary School you are automatically a member of the Roberts PTO. Through volunteer coordination, fundraising and organization of family-oriented activities, the PTO assist the educators of our youth in providing a positive educational experience. The RES (Roberts Elementary School) PTO is a group of parents and guardians who work towards providing diverse, enriching experiences for our students and their families.
All monies raised through our fundraisers, raffles, and donations go into a PTO account and are used in a variety of ways.
The PTO pays for all buses for field trips for each grade. We sponsor an exciting Science Laser Show that the kids think is fantastic. Together with the RES staff, we have our annual Ice Cream Social where you can meet the other children in your child’s class and their families. We also organize family nights out at local restaurants.
From our annual Book Fair we are able to give a book to each child on his/her birthday, we give books to each classroom, and donate books to the library.
All grades celebrate Field Day at Hickey Park. Last year every child got a great “Roberts” t-shirt to remember the day.
The PTO also provides a catered lunch for the teachers and staff during Teacher Appreciation Week. We work with Mr. Johnson to get the teachers and the school the much-needed supplies to get through the school year.
Thanks again for everything you do to support the children, the Roberts and the PTO. Thank you for your generous donations, participating in our fundraisers and for volunteering your time. With your help we can continue to give back to the students of the Roberts Elementary School.
PTO meetings are held in September, October, November, January, March, April, and May. Come help us make this a fantastic year!

Roberts Elementary School (RES) PTO
The purpose of the Roberts Elementary School PTO organization will be to assist the educators of our youth in providing a positive educational experience. This goal will be accomplished through volunteer coordination, fund raising, and organization of family-oriented activities. RES-PTO will be directed towards providing diverse, enriching experiences for our students and their families.
