Today is the 138th day of school and here are your morning announcements.
Pledge of Allegiance
I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all.
Here are a few morning announcements:
*** Best of luck to 6A who will be taking the ELA MCAS today. Mr. D’Alleva will be making an all school announcement at the end of period 1 reminding everyone about room assignment changes.
*** Quarter 4 will begins TODAY. You will receive new schedules this morning in homeroom as some of your Exploratory classes change.
*** The Spring Band Concert is right around the corner!! Come see the Middle School Band perform on Wednesday, May 3 @ 7:30pm in the Caron Theater at Medford High School. Attention band members – there are optional rehearsals on Tuesday, April 25th and Tuesday, May 2 from 3-4pm in the AMS Music Room, and a mandatory dress rehearsal on May 3rd from 3-4pm at MHS.
*** Do you want to come to the community read book event? You still have time, but the deadline is approaching! Read the book now and complete two activities to get your invitation. Books are available in the library. More information is on the school homepage or please see the librarian.
*** The MIDDLE SCHOOL ORCHESTRA CONCERT will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 7:30 p.m., at the Caron Theatre, Medford High
*** Do you want to learn how to spin a flag or toss a rifle? The Medford Mustang Marching Band Color Guard is looking for new members! Rehearsals are Tuesdays from 5:00 to 8:00 pm in the Caron Theater at Medford High School. Come to a rehearsal to check out the MHS Color Guard or email Mrs. Rello for more information!
TODAY’S LUNCH SPECIAL IS A MEATBALL SUB WITH OR WITHOUT CHEESE SERVED WITH STEAMED BROCCOLI, STEAMED CARROTS, AND PEARS! ENJOY!
*** Do you like comic books? This week in Movie Club, come to the Viscuse International Film Archive in room 122 for the premiere of the movie, “Unbreakable.”
